For easy faxing and copying, single page documents can be placed on the flatbed glass top, while multiple pages can be placed on the 50-page automatic document feeder.

The fax portion of the Okidata C3530 sends pages at an average rate of 3 seconds/page thanks to its built-in 33.6K modem. It can hold up to 100 pages of faxes in its memory at a time, and comes with additional options to speed dial, automatic redial, and broadcast to multiple numbers.

Copies on the OKI C3530 can be made without a connection to a computer, since the machine functions as a stand-alone copier. However, connectivity by the USB port or Ethernet interface allows users to send and receive faxes on their desktops as well as send scanned copies directly to file servers or email.
