Anti-Aging Toner Is An Important Part Of Your Daily Skin Care Routine

Anti-Aging Toner - Not Using
One? You Should! It Is An Important Part Of Your Daily Facial Skin Care Routine

Toners
are a very important step in a facial cleansing and moisturizing routine,
especially as we age.

A toner is to be used directly after cleansing your face to remove any final traces of
cleanser, but more importantly a toner, specifically designed for anti-aging
issues will return your skin to a correctly balanced PH level. We all have
factors that affect our water whether you live in the city with filtrated water
supplied to you, or in the country with well water, like me. You have heard of
hard water, soft water, iron and minerals in your water, etc. We all disrupt
the PH balance of our skin, in particular our facial skin, every time we wash
our face. An anti-aging toner will return that altered PH balance back to
normal and prepare our delicate facial skin to be moisturized and rejuvenated.

Toner prepares your skin to accept the ideal amount of moisturization to achieve the
maximum benefits after usage. Moisturized skin will look visibly smoother,
firmer and younger. As we age, our skin actually loses its ability to hold
moisture at a rate of 6% every 10 years. This causes our skin to sag, droop,
look dull and lose that supple appearance we had in our 20's. Our elastin and
collagen production also slows down a whopping 65% between the ages of 20 and
80. Fortunately though, this only accounts for 10% of our skin aging and we can
combat these enemies effectively with the right products and ingredients. This
is why it is so important to have a facial skin care routine that includes
cleansing, toning and moisturizing. Once your face is properly cleansed, a
toner and moisturizer, for both day time and night time, will complete your
basic facial skin care routine.

WARNING
... Your Toner Should NOT Contain Alcohol.

(Go look right now at the ingredients on your toner bottle.)

Toners that contain alcohol will not only sting and burn but will also dehydrate your
skin causing dryness and red patches. This is not normal and quite frankly,
most people stop using toners because of these reasons. Anti-aging toners
containing witch hazel and botanicals are the most effective and these
beneficial ingredients are gentle to your skin leaving your face hydrated,
smooth and nourished.

A toner should feel soothing, refreshing and be a pleasurable part of your facial
routine. Everyone, including women, men and teens, should use a toner. It
really is that important. Remember, a toner corrects your PH balance of your
skin back to a normal state. This is great news for people with normal, dry,
oily and combination skin.
